Pet Friendly

 

Broadwater Resort is the place for whole-family getaways - that includes your fur baby!

We appreciate the importance of pets as a part of the family and so dogs are welcome (with their owners of course) from the following dates:

  • 01st April 2024 - 13th December 2024
  • 2nd February 2025 - 11th April 2025
  • 26th April 2025 - 18th Dec 2025

We are blessed with 2 dog beaches at our doorstep and incredible grounds for pets to explore. As of 1st July 2023, the pet supplement fee is $35.00 per dog per night which includes bowl, bed and blanket.

For reservations simply make your booking here or via the phone. If you are booking online, after selecting your dates and room type, you will be presented with extras that includes the Canine Supplement Pack. Once we have received your reservation, we will send you the relevant paper-work.

If you are not a fan of dogs, don't worry we have plenty of rooms that never take petsSimply give us a call ((08) 9754 1633) or email (reservations@broadwaterresort.com.au) our reception team to request one of these rooms.

The Pet Rules in Short:

  • Pets must be well-mannered and up-to-date with vaccinations.
  • There's a $200 pet bond per stay.
  • Dogs should never be left unattended.
  • Pet owners are to pick up after their pets.
  • Dogs are to be on leads whenever outside of the unit.
  • Dogs are not permitted in the pool areas.
  • No wet dogs in units
  • If the Resort Manager considers that your pet has or may act in an aggressive, dangerous or destructive way then he/she has the right to terminate your stay without refund or reimbursement. 
  • Guests are liable for any damage or personal injury that occurs directly or indirectly by their pet. Any losses will be charged to the guest account at our pet-friendly holiday accommodation in Busselton.
