What are Broadwater Resort's cancellation and deposit policies?
Deposit Policy:
* Upon check-in, guests are required to provide a valid photo ID indicating that they are over 18 years old, as well as the credit card of the guest whose name appears on the booking.
* For special events, long weekends, and WA school holiday period bookings, the full cost of accommodation will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.
* For bookings during the WA Christmas School Holidays and Easter/April School Holidays, the full cost of accommodation will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
* For all other bookings, a credit card is required to secure the reservation, and full payment is due on the date of arrival.
* Special Event dates will be determined by the property. Guests can contact us if they are unsure of the applicable pre-payment policy.
Cancellation Policy:
* Guests are advised to provide early notice of cancellation to avoid cancellation fees.
* For special events, long weekends, and WA school holiday period bookings, a minimum of 7 days' notice of cancellation is required. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a fee equal to the full cost of accommodation.
* For bookings during the WA Christmas School Holidays and Easter/April School Holidays, a minimum of 30 days' notice of cancellation is required. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a fee equal to the full cost of accommodation.
* For all other bookings secured by a credit card, the full cost of accommodation will be charged in the event of non-arrival or less than 48 hours' notice of cancellation.
* Special Event dates will be determined by the property. Guests can contact us if they are unsure of the applicable cancellation policy.
* COVID-19 is considered a known event and a foreseeable risk that you are accepting. Broadwater Resort strongly recommends guests purchase travel insurance which cover cancellations because of the necessity of having to isolate due to COVID-19.
