Broadwater Resort welcomes pets in selected accommodation, subject to our Pet Policy and Terms & Conditions.

To help ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all guests, Broadwater Resort kindly asks that noise levels and guest behavior remain respectful at all times. Please refer to our guest behavior & noise policy.

Broadwater Resort is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside guest accommodation, on balconies or patios, or within Resort facilities and common areas.

Broadwater Resort is proud to host an exclusive Leavers week experience in Busselton. Guest safety, wellbeing, and security are our highest priorities, with onsite staff and licensed security operating throughout the event. All Leavers bookings are managed through Sure Thing and are subject to the Resort’s Leavers policy & house rules.

At Broadwater Resort, guest safety and wellbeing are our priority. In rare circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government restrictions – bookings or resort operations may be impacted. Our Force Majeure policy outlines how these situations are managed.
